When will I get my order?
To estimate your delivery date, please consider both the processing and shipping times:
Total Time = Handling Time (0-3 business days) + Transit Time.
Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 4 - 7 business days after dispatch.
Fast Shipping: Usually arrives within 2 - 5 business days after dispatch. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to monitor the progress in real-time. Please remember that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Can I add or remove products from my order?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (often within the same day), we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage.
To make a change: Please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order is already processed: We cannot modify the contents. You may place a new order for additional items or follow our standard Return Policy once the original package arrives.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is a unique 4 or 5-digit identifier (e.g., #1234) assigned to your purchase. You can find it in the following places:
Confirmation Email: Sent to the email address you used at checkout immediately after purchase.
Shipping Notification: Included in the email update once your package is on its way.
Packing Slip: Printed on the document inside your physical package. If you cannot find your order number, please contact us with your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
